The teeter-totteror teeter, for shortis similar to a child's
teeter-totter. It consists of a plank, approximately 12 feet long and
9 to 12 inches wide, supported in the middle by a sturdy base that pivots.
For safety reasons, the dog must touch the contacts (the areas at either
end of the teeter that are painted in a different color), both on the
way up (in USDAA only) and on the way down. |
